Yoga at Waidroka

Here at Waidroka, we love a good stretch after a big day out on the water. We believe Yoga is a great complement to surfing and diving, as well as a great way to relax and reset while on holiday.

We are now offering two daily yoga classes by our resident Yoga Teacher, Alecia Ramos. Each class she will guide you through your practice, in either our tranquil Yoga Studio, or one of the beautiful outdoor spaces.

EVENING CLASSES

Based on Restorative Hatha Yoga. With a focus on ocean recovery, these classes consist of dynamic and static movements working closely with the breath.

MORNING CLASSES

More energetic nature. Still with a Hatha Yoga base, these classes will leave you feeling invigorated and motivated.

All classes are suited to complete beginners through to advanced practitioners. We are also happy to provide guidance on movement or stretching specifically aligned to your lifestyle or personal injuries.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

You can also talk to us about private sessions or one-on-one coaching to either improve your own practice or work on your overall wellness goals.

THE YOGA STUDIO

The Waidroka Yoga Studio is available for FREE to ALL guests to use outside of the scheduled class times for either Yoga or various work-out exercises. It is fully equipped with ceiling fans, music and a variety of yoga and fitness equipment; including mats, blankets, blocks, straps, fit balls and resistance bands.

Waidroka is now also be offering yoga retreats as well as offering other teachers to book the resort for their own retreats.
