Waidroka Bay Resort offers world-class scuba diving with incredible variety: some of Fiji’s finest soft coral and the famous Fiji Shark Dive in the Beqa Lagoon.

Fiji has one of the world’s largest coral reefs, over 4,000 sq. miles, making it one of the planet’s most diverse ecosystems. It is home to over 1,500 species of fish and over 400 types of coral. The diving conditions are great year round, with friendly water temperatures and visibility that can easily exceed 100 ft.

BEQA LAGOON

Famous for its soft coral and abundant marine life, Beqa perfectly reflects the variety and diversity of Fiji’s diving. The lagoon is also home to one of the world’s top Shark Dives. 

The ‘SHARK DIVE‘ is considered one of the best in the world, with the possibility of seeing as many as 8 shark species at one spot.

The lagoon holds over 190 miles of barrier reef, and has Fiji’s largest variety of diving in one centralized area. It is also known as “THE MECCA OF PACIFIC DIVING”.

Our location offers easy access to the BEQA LAGOON and SHARK DIVING, as well as OVER 20 OTHER DIVE SITES, which are only a 10-45 minute boat ride from the resort.

We have a fleet of 5 BOATS, a well-equipped PADI DIVE CENTER, extremely passionate and experienced dive staff, and are well suited for dive groups.
