Fun with Coconuts

Coconuts have been integral to the culture and economy of Fiji, particularly in South Viti Levu, where they are often referred to as the “tree of life.”

Our Fijian staff are happy to demonstrate how to harvest and prepare coconuts and use them for many a great many things, including fresh coconut water, coconut oil, fried coconut crisp, kava bowls and coconut milk for your piña colada! It’s fun =)
