BODY, MIND & SPIRIT
As well as surfing or diving or one of the many other physical activities on offer at Waidroka, you may also like to take advantage of our two daily yoga classes available to all guests. Our classes cater to all levels and we love to end the day with a nice relaxing class to assist with restoring the body after a day on or in the ocean or just to unwind further after a day by the pool. All yoga classes include pranayama (yogic breathing) and meditation to improve your overall physical and mental well-being.

ENVIRONMENT & LOCAL COMMUNITY
Situated in the middle of the beautiful Fijian rainforest, Waidroka has the perfect setting to feel at one with nature. From spending the day on an epic wave, exploring under the oceans surface or taking a walk, you will be awed by the beauty of our surroundings. Minutes from the resort is the village where most of our friendly local staff reside. Take a tour to the village or speak to us about one of our cultural activities such as the Fijian language lesson or herbal medician walk.
