Waidroka Fitness & Stretching
Our Fitness concept is based on our surfers & divers and guest in general who are active and will of course benefit from our specific Fitness exercises to improve on and achieve a certain fitness level in order to get better in their specific water-sports activities. As such FITNESS is an important aspect to concentrate on as part of the overall Wellness Concept.
We stimulate and offer a workout session a day whereas we focus on outdoors and the nature around us to be our Fitness Studio whenever we can (being in nature and outdoors makes a big difference) . With Slack-Lining, Balance Boards, Coconut Exercises and our deep sand of the Volleyball court we found a great environment to be able to practice outdoors and specific to peoples needs (surfing. diving etc…).
Our Yoga & Fitness Coach is there to guide you at all times and to combine various fitness aspects with your personal needs and matching your specific activities.
STRETCHING / FLEXIBILITY:
Stretching & Flexibility is a major part of your general well-being and as such Waidroka Bay Resort has put an emphasis on guiding you to exercises, which shall help you with your various issues and limitations in terms of stretching & flexibility.
Waidroka will also focus specifically on your stretching & flexibility objectives to better part-take in your choice of activity – if surfing or diving or more generic aspects of stretching & flexibility.
It is our aim to HELP YOU with guidance and exercises to enable you to best achieve your various objectives and limitations regarding flexibility in general terms.
